Perquest acts as the guarantor of the "No Penalties Guarantee" and administers this program per the terms in the license agreement. Perquest also provides many of the service aspects of the NetSuite Premier Payroll Service, including federal, state and local tax tables, filing and paying payroll taxes, and all employee payment services via direct deposit.
